Every Carver order begins its journey from our Culver City workshop. We take pride in thoughtful craftsmanship and swift, reliable fulfillment. Orders are processed quickly, and most ship the same business day.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed by 11:00am Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am, or on weekends/holidays, ship the following business day.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Ground Shipping on cart subtotals over $75 to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. The threshold is calculated pre-tax and post-discount.

International Orders

  • All shipments originate from Culver City, California
  • Real-time shipping rates are shown at checkout
  • Estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select
  • Tracking information is emailed once the order ships
  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express
  • PO Boxes are not accepted for international delivery

Duties & Taxes

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are calculated, included, and itemized at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery, and you will not be double-charged. In some regions, the carrier may still require confirmation or additional instructions before final delivery, so please monitor your tracking updates closely.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed by 11:00am Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the recipient. We know things don't always go as planned — if your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please reach out and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

To ensure a smooth and secure delivery, most carriers offer free delivery-management tools, including:

  • Real-time delivery alerts
  • Delivery planners and scheduling
  • Shipment release authorization
  • Rerouting options
  • Detailed driver instructions
  • Neighbor delivery options

We strongly encourage using these tools, especially if your delivery location is unattended. Carriers may deny claims for lost or stolen packages when secure delivery options are not utilized.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there — or if it goes missing in transit — let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with you to help locate the package and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to pursue compensation for the loss. Carrier claim outcomes aren't guaranteed, but we'll advocate on your behalf for a fair resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional fees, delays, or order cancellation.

Address correction fees vary by service type:

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we process orders quickly for fast fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification requests after an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Our workshop observes the following holidays each year. Orders placed on these days will ship the next business day:
