30-Day Easy Returns

We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. Please review the conditions and exclusions below.

Notification Requirement

You must notify our team of your intention to return the product within 30 days of its delivery to your shipping address. Contact us to initiate the return:

Return Shipping Timeframe

After notifying us, you must return the product within 30 days.

Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If a return package is lost or stolen in transit, it is the customer's responsibility — Carver cannot issue a refund for packages we do not receive.
  • For international orders, outbound export shipping costs, as well as any destination country duties and taxes, are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim duties and taxes from your local customs authority.
  • International customers: Please mark the return shipment as "Returned Goods" on the customs documentation. This prevents Carver from being charged import duties on its own product and avoids delays in processing your refund.
  • If a return shipment requires an address correction by the carrier, address correction fees ($25.50 for standard services or $130 for express freight) will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned in as-new condition, ideally in its original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Indoor Test Riding is OK

We understand you need to feel the flex and confirm the sizing. You're welcome to stand on the board and test it indoors on carpet. This will not affect your return eligibility.

Outdoor Riding Voids the Return

If the board has been ridden outdoors — including (but not limited to) dirty or scuffed wheels, grip tape wear, deck scratches, or any other signs of outdoor use — the product is not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Items showing light use (beyond indoor testing) but still in resellable condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund if the product meets the return criteria. Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the product or issue a full refund.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • B-Stock items

Order Cancellations After Shipping

As noted in our Shipping Policy, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return — please refuse delivery or follow the standard return process above, and the standard return conditions and shipping costs will apply.

Gift Returns

If you received a Carver product as a gift and would like to return it, you're welcome to do so under the standard return conditions. Gift returns are refunded as store credit issued to the recipient.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated like a return. A refund is issued, and the customer must place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Compliant Returns

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. You may request the product to be returned to you at your expense.
