First of all, thank you for shopping with Carver Skateboards! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*** Please note, if there is an error made on behalf of the consumer in providing all of the necessary and correct information to process your order, you will be liable for the shipping costs for any ship method other than Fed Ex Home Delivery such as 3 day, 2 day, and overnight express. Returns can also be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
***Please always review your sales order confirmation that is emailed to you for accuracy. This sales order confirmation contains all of the details of your order. There is a 2 day recession period where you have the ability to cancel or modify your order.

All web orders are considered ex-works Carver HQ for Domestic USA states only. We cannot process international credit cards and we cannot ship international orders. Please note shipping rates may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.

REFUSES TO PROCESS ANY ONLINE ORDERS THAT CONTAIN A “SHIP TO” ADDRESS INSTRUCTING Carver Skateboards TO SHIP PRODUCTS TO A DESIGNATED FREIGHT FORWARDER OR 3rd PARTY LOGISTICS COMPANY. THESE ORDERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDINGLY. REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS DEPENDING ON THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Carver defaults to FedEx ground for all domestic orders. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 AND AN INCREASED DEMAND FOR CARVER PRODUCTS, ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
