Our Promise

Carver Skateboards stands behind each and every one of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please return the unused item to the original place of purchase or to Carver Skateboards for a replacement or full refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty Coverage

Limited Lifetime Warranty (General Products)

Carver Skateboards offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the following products:

• Skateboard decks

• Complete skateboards (including wheels, bearings, hardware, and grip tape)

• Roundhouse Wheels

• Orangatang Wheels

This warranty applies to products purchased new from an authorized Carver Skateboards dealer on or after January 1, 2014.

Our boards are built to be ridden. That said, all products will eventually show signs of age and use.

Lifetime Truck Guarantee (Special Coverage)

Carver Surfskate Trucks are covered by a Lifetime Truck Guarantee.

Because we use premium materials and manufacturing processes, we guarantee Carver trucks against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

If you experience an issue with your Carver trucks that appears to be a manufacturing or material defect, please contact Carver Skateboards directly. Do not return trucks to the store where they were purchased.

What the Truck Guarantee Covers

• Manufacturing defects

• Material failures under normal riding conditions

What the Truck Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, negligence, drilling, or tampering

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (scratches, rust, corrosion)

• Consumable truck components, including but not limited to:

  • Bushings

  • Pivot cups

  • Kingpins

  • Thrust bearings

  • Links and springs

   

What’s Not Covered (All Warranties)

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, worn edges, fading, or material breakdown from regular riding

• Misuse & Accidents: Fires, impacts, collisions, curb checks, walls, vehicles, Bactrian camels, meteor strikes, or the implosion of the sun

• Environmental Damage: Warping, cracking, or degradation caused by improper storage or exposure to moisture, heat, cold, or prolonged sun

• Alterations: Any modification that affects the product’s structure, shape, or intended use (including drilling or altering bolt patterns)

• Unauthorized Sellers: Products purchased from non-authorized sellers (Facebook, Craigslist, eBay, your neighbor’s lemonade stand, etc.)

Warranty Remedies

If a product is determined to be eligible for warranty service, Carver Skateboards reserves the right to:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace it with the same model, or

• Replace it with a comparable model if the original is discontinued

No refunds are provided for used products under warranty claims.

Proof of Purchase

All warranty claims require proof of purchase showing:

• Original ownership

• Purchase from an authorized Carver Skateboards dealer

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us

   Reach out via our contact page.

2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA#)

   If your issue appears eligible, we’ll provide an RA# and instructions.

3. Ship Your Product

   Send the item (with RA# clearly marked) to:

• Shipping must be prepaid and insured

• Use a trackable shipping method

• Clearly mark or note areas of concern

4. Inspection & Outcome

   If approved, Carver will repair or replace the product and return it at our cost.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The warranties described above are the only warranties applicable. Carver Skateboards makes no other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Carver Skateboards is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of its products.
