All web orders are considered ex-works Carver HQ for Domestic USA states only. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or process international credit cards and we cannot ship international orders. Please note shipping rates may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Carver defaults to FedEx ground for all domestic orders.
Please note, while we strive to ship orders out the day they are received, orders may take up to 72 hours to ship. Selected shipping options including FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Express Saver go into effect AFTER the order preparation lead time. *FedEx Express does not deliver orders such as FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Express Saver on Saturdays or Sundays so please take this into consideration when placing Express orders since they will only be delivered during Mondays through Fridays depending on what option you choose.*
