Known for always bringing good vibes and positivity wherever she goes, GRLSWIRL team rider Val LaForge is just as well known for her radiant smile as she is for ripping a bowl barefoot. Val genuinely loves skateboarding—she’s so happy when she skates that you can see it in every photo she shares. She’s traveled the world with her board, spreading the stoke of carving, and helping women and girls deepen their connection to skateboarding and to each other. A true inspiration, her skating is both stylish and effortless, even when she’s grinding deep and steep in a bowl that would make most of us shudder.
